Accomplished construction consultant with specialization in issues related to construction project management . In areas such as contract administration, government (FAR) and construction (AIA, EDJIC, and CDOCS) mechanisms; quality / safety control and claims; cost analysis / estimating; and problem solving. Well-versed in working with union trade organizations and complying with Federal and State labor laws and regulations and administrative procedures related to collective bargaining and project labor agreements and OSHA standards.
